Dallas Avionics hires new director of sales

Dallas Avionics, Inc., a wholesale distributor of aircraft electronics, test equipment, installation supplies and avionics, has hired Charles Noble as the company’s new director of Canadian sales and technical support.

Noble was born and raised in Montreal, Quebec, and is fully bilingual in English and French. He spent more than 16 years in Edmonton, Alberta, before moving to Victoria, British Columbia, to pursue his master’s in business administration (MBA).

Noble received his MBA from the University of Victoria, an undergraduate degree in international business from the University of Lethbridge and a technical diploma in electrical engineering from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology. He brings with him both extensive business experience and in-depth technical knowledge.

“Charles, is a very knowledgeable, professional and experienced sales person,” said Scott Davis, vice president of sales for Dallas Avionics. “We have great Canadian customers and product manufacturers that we work with. The experience Charles has and the people he knows will provide added support to our customer base in Canada.”

Having worked in both inside and outside sales for more than five years in the industrial electrical engineering industry has prepared Noble for his current sales role at Dallas Avionics. He previously worked for multinational companies such as General Electric Company (GE) and Honeywell.

Noble worked in sales at GE and quality assurance at Honeywell. He gained aviation industry experience in flight data monitoring, FOQA/MOQA, SATCOM and PTT communications from his recent employment at Latitude Technologies.

Dallas Avionics will be displaying at the Airborne Public Safety Association’s APSCON convention in Louisville, Kentucky, at booth 508, July 11 to 13.
