Recently, Roney worked in business development for Becker Avionics, where he was responsible for the development and implementation of new sales and marketing channels for complex avionics solutions and aircraft equipment. He published and presented numerous technical forums for user groups nationwide, significantly expanding product awareness. Prior to joining Becker Avionics, Roney held various management and business development positions at EMS Aviation, Kannad Aviation North America and EDMO Distributors Inc. He retired from the USAF B-1B program as director of Maintenance and Training and is a private pilot.
“With the addition of Floyd Roney to the business development team and our new North American presence, we will be able to provide much better local support to our customers and to expand our commercial coverage across the region. We are very glad to have him on board,” said Thomas Terschlusen, director of Sales and Marketing.
