Sundance Helicopters, Inc., one of the most experienced and highest-rated experiential tourism companies in Las Vegas, has partnered with the award-winning Pahrump Valley Winery, the leader in Nevada-grown grapes and wines and the state’s largest winery, for the “Heli & Wine Experience” tours. This exclusive and unique experience is geared towards those looking for an awe-inspiring helicopter tour combined with the opportunity to sip, savor and enjoy world-class wine and dining.
“Many visitors look to Las Vegas for dining and shows but not many know that there is an award-winning winery west of the city,” said Jim Greiner, president of Sundance Helicopters. “We’ve partnered with Pahrump Valley Winery to enable our customers to enjoy a scenic flight over breathtaking landscapes before landing at Pahrump Valley Winery to relax in the beauty of vineyards and wine casks while enjoying a delicious four-course dinner.”
“Our partnership with Sundance Helicopters is a great way to showcase our winery and vineyards to the world,” said Bill Loken, owner of Pahrump Valley Winery. “Guests will have the opportunity to sample our wines and still have time to see everything Las Vegas has to offer.”
The tour begins with a stretch limousine pickup from various Las Vegas Strip and Downtown properties where guests will be taken to the Sundance Helicopters terminal for a pre-flight check-in before being escorted to a state-of-the-art helicopter where they’ll experience views of Red Rock Conservation Area and Mount Charleston Peak before landing at Pahrump Valley Winery for a wine tasting and four-course dinner at Symphony’s Restaurant. Afterwards, guests will receive a personalized bottle of wine.
The return flight goes over the glittering lights of the Las Vegas Strip before landing at the terminal where a limousine awaits to take customers back to their hotel. The approximately 4.5-hour “Heli & Wine Experience” tour starts at $499 per person. A private helicopter option is also available for $2,499.
