Designed to meet the specific needs of helicopter and emergency service operators worldwide, the company is pleased to make this mobile app available to all who need it.

RocketRoute’s HEMS & Heli mobile app features a unique Quick File capability and ease of use.

Captain Peter Fleischhacker, OAMTC Helicopter Pilot and user of RocketRoute’s HEMS & Heli app stated, “Any operator who wants to use a modern and innovative system to make shorter time of briefing and file planning should use RocketRoute’s [HEMS & Heli mobile app].”

“I am delighted that the RocketRoute HEMS and Heli app is being endorsed by leading helicopter emergency operators across the industry,” said Anton Smyshliaiev, head of mobile development at RocketRoute. “We are making it easier than ever before for helicopter operators to get all the needed support for a flight, with our fast, innovative and life-saving application.”

Key features include:

  • Quick File – allows a pilot to self-dispatch in seconds and file and operate 24 hours a day, flying anywhere in the world.
  • Automatic Flight Logging – a useful feature which saves time and helps to record every flight and add to a central flight database.
  • Helicopter Mass & Balance and Fuel Performance – specific M&B for helicopter operations, including lateral balance and automatic loading based on crew and roster/schedule information.
  • Low Level Detailed Topographical Maps with Custom Locations – detailed charts and downloadable charts that work without Internet connection. Also custom locations for hospitals and any other facilities.
  • Centralized Tracking – Displays a fleet in real time including in flight and combines a mixture of cellular data and GPS tracking to record and generate flight information.

Among other features essential for helicopter and HEMS operations are:

  • Draw Mode – an ability to add useful notes on a map, flight log or write by hand.
  • Direct-to Feature – draw a direct line from your location to a desired point on a map, ideal in bad weather conditions.
  • User Waypoints – create a separate layer of only unique waypoints, saving precious time.

All EBACE visitors are welcome to visit RocketRoute’s stand in HALL 4, Booth #B29. Please ask for a HEMS & Heli mobile app demonstration.
