The owners of CM Pastoral, Craig and Carolyn McNabb, are no strangers to aviation as regular fixed-wing pilots. However, this is the first time they’ve owned or operated a helicopter and have been eagerly waiting for this day to come. “Carolyn and myself are very pleased to have chosen PCH to refurbish our 350 B3. Bill and his team went that extra mile to achieve what we were looking for there was nothing they could not do. And the finished result speaks for its self,” said Craig and Carolyn.

Key features of the complete refurbishment include a full strip and paint with Metallic Maroon paint and custom airbrushing for a unique finish. The interior comes delivered with a five-seat VVIP setup with leather-wrapped trim, gold and wood grain finishes and fold down armrest.

The avionics received a welcome facelift with a HeliSAS autopilot installed, Garmin G500H Txi touchscreen PFD, MidContinent SAM electronic standby instruments and more all installed on a new flush instrument panel.

For added safety, the bucket seats were swapped out for crashworthy pilot seats. Also PCH upgraded the FDC filter with our PCH single push button controller for a cleaner look and easier operation.

Pacific Crown Helicopters is an approved service center for both Airbus Helicopters and Safran Helicopter Engines. Located at Sunshine Coast Airport in Queensland, PCH provides a turnkey solution in helicopter sales, parts, completions, modification, refurbishment and heavy maintenance.

The company’s team of engineers, painters, designers, upholsterers and avionics technicians are all located at the same facility, which allows PCH to work on all areas of customers’ helicopters simultaneously, minimizing downtime.

PCH works hard to understand the exact needs of its customers and develop solutions around their requirements. The company’s tailored service allows it to deliver a final product which is ideally setup from the start, and let customers focus on their mission instead, the company said.
