Omni Táxi Aéreo has signed a contract with Fairfield do Brasil to assist its campaign for the acquisition of seismic data in Libra field, located at the Santos Basin Pre-Salt area, off the coast of Brazil.
The agreement covers the provision of crew changes at seismic vessels, with Omni using latest generation medium and large helicopters that have the capacity to transport 12 to 18 passengers, as well as autonomy to cover the entire Pre-Salt area.
“It will be the first time that the deepwater nodes technology will be used in Brazil for the acquisition of seismic data.
