M International Press Release | September 12, 2017

Estimated reading time 1 minute, 24 seconds.

M International’s MINT Turbines, LLC, is proud to announce the addition of complete overhaul and test capability for the Honeywell T53 series Fuel Manifold Assembly P/N 1-130-730-02.

MINT Turbine’s new capability includes cleaning of the rails and nozzles, which significantly reduces repair time and cost. Additional capabilities include evaluation and inspection of fuel manifold assemblies, including a multi-step cleaning, flow and pressure test.

Complete overhauls are conducted on a flat-rate basis with no additional bill-back costs. Exchanges are in stock and ready to ship. Keeping fuel manifolds clean and flowing properly is a critical step in improving the life and performance of the T53 engine.

Located within a 73,000-square-foot certified HUBZone facility in Stroud, Oklahoma, MINT has over 35 years of turbine engine overhaul experience. This FAA-approved Part 145 Repair Station is authorized for the repair and overhaul of the Pratt & Whitney PT6A and PT6T, and Honeywell T53 series engines as well as a Honeywell Authorized T53 service center.

Recently an additional 48,000 square feet of production, warehouse and office space was added which includes two OEM-certified and correlated engine test cells. MINT has successfully repaired, overhauled and tested thousands of Pratt & Whitney PT6T series power sections, combining gearboxes, PT6A Turboprop engines, and T53 series engines.
