Spectrum Aeromed’s vice president director of production, Michael Gallagher, was recently appointed to the board of directors for Impact Dakota.
Gallagher has been with Spectrum Aeromed for six years. He oversees the production team in Fargo with a focus on planning, continuous improvement, and customer service.
“I assist the production team with any issues that may be escalated such as warranty concerns or international shipping questions,” said Gallagher.
Gallagher was selected to serve a three-year term on the board of directors of Impact Dakota starting January 2018. Impact Dakota is the official representative of the Manufacturing Extension Partnership National Network in North Dakota. The organization’s goal is to help companies of all shapes and sizes achieve long-term growth and stability by implementing world-class practices.
Spectrum Aeromed has been a customer of Impact Dakota’s Lean Enterprise Certification Program for seven years. Each employee attends the 16-week Lean Manufacturing program as part of the Spectrum onboarding process.
