MASCO is celebrating its 50th year as a leader in aircraft instrument, avionics, and accessory service and support.
In 1968, Bill Massey started a general aviation instrument shop on Love Field in Dallas, Texas. After the first few years, MASCO pivoted to specialize in helicopters and opened a second location based in Lafayette, Louisiana, nearby many offshore oil and gas fleet operators.
“When we started, our father emphasized quality service, delivered on time, and at a reasonable price. Through the years, MASCO has become the standard against which other instrument, avionics and accessory repair centers are measured,” says Jeff Massey, president of MASCO.
In the last decade, MASCO has added avionics and accessories and delved into servicing fixed-wing and military aircraft.
“We feel that MASCO offers the very best in terms of reliability, delivery and customer service,” vice president Clay Massey says. “Along with our 50th anniversary, we are excited to announce our recent AS9100D and ISO9001 certifications, which demonstrate our team’s significant collective aptitude.”
