M International is pleased to announce its world-class portfolio companies Keystone Turbine Services, LLC and Airborne Engines, Ltd were presented with the Rolls-Royce M250 Customer Satisfaction and newly-created Level-Up awards respectively during the Rolls-Royce FIRST Network luncheon on Feb. 26.
“These awards represent the combined efforts of every employee at Keystone and Airborne who’ve committed to continuous improvement within our facilities along with a substantial investment from M International to further expand their capabilities,” stated Rob Ruck, president and COO of M International. “I’d like to extend a sincere ‘Thank You’ to all of our Keystone and Airborne employees as well as our loyal customers for their participation in helping us to earn these two awards.”
Keystone was presented with the prestigious Customer Satisfaction Award since they earned the highest in customer satisfaction ratings from their customers as compared to the previous year. Objective evidence such as customer letters and testimonials, self-monitoring performance and 3rd party monitoring all play an important role in the final selection process as well as positive feedback from the global network of Rolls-Royce Field Service Representatives.
Airborne was presented with the newly created Level-Up Award which recognizes a Rolls-Royce M250 approved Facility that have made great strides to improve their standing and capabilities within the FIRST Network. After accomplishing a comprehensive program that included investment in enhanced processes, acquiring additional tooling, adding assets and reorganizing their customer support capabilities, Airborne earned approval to expand from an Authorized Maintenance Center (AMC) to the highest Authorized Maintenance Repair & Overhaul Center (AMROC) designation.
With over 40 years’ experience, KTS is the second largest Rolls-Royce certificated Authorized Maintenance Repair & Overhaul Center (AMROC) in the world supporting all series of M250 engines (including turboprop) including modules, accessories and components. In addition, KTS is a Federal Aviation Administration- and European Aviation Safety Agency-certificated part 145 Repair Station and a Honeywell Authorized Warranty and Repair Station (AWARS) for overhaul, repair and testing of Rolls-Royce M250, Honeywell LTS-101 and Pratt & Whitney PT6A and PT6T fuel controls, power turbine governors and related accessories. KTS has further expanded its state-of-the-art 40,000 square-foot maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) facility with the addition of a second OEM-correlated, all-digital engine test cell along with increasing its fleet of rental and exchange engines, modules and accessories.
With over 27 years’ combined experience, AEL is a Rolls-Royce’s newest certificated Authorized Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul Center (AMROC) in British Columbia, Canada, supporting all series of M250 engines, modules, accessories and components. In addition, AEL is a Transport Canada certificated AMO as well as Honeywell Authorized Service Center for Maintenance, Repair, Overhaul and Testing of all T53-series engines, components and related accessories.
