Estimated reading time 1 minute, 47 seconds.

M International, Inc., has announced its latest designation as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) certified by the Veteran’s Administration’s Center for Veteran Enterprise (CVE), Washington, D.C.

After successfully completing a lengthy CVE process, M International is now certified as a fully certified SDVOSB organization, thereby meeting all requirements of 38 CFR (Code of Federal Regulations) §74.12 to conduct business with all U.S. Federal Government agencies as well as large corporations.

The SDVOSB certification is valid for three years and allows M International and its world-class portfolio companies Keystone Turbine Services, LLC (KTS), Airborne Engines Ltd (AEL), MINT Turbines, LLC (MINT) and Southwest Fuel Systems (SWFS) to receive the full benefits and status of this designation.

Customers and suppliers can now partner with M International to offer its SDVOSB designation, which includes the following advantages:

  • Helping the U.S. Government attain its mandated SDVOSB subcontracting annual goal of 3 percent of overall
    business volume;
  • A new source to allow large business federal contractors to include M International in their SDVOSB
    subcontracting plans;
  • Competitive contracts can also be set-aside for SDVOSB competition; and
  • Contracts can be sole-sourced up to a ceiling of $3.5 to $5.5 million.

“It’s truly an honor to have served my country and now have the opportunity to continue to serve the United States government and our military veterans,” stated Dick McConn, chairman of M International and a U.S. Air Force veteran. “M International’s proud to be supporting various U.S. Government customers including the Air
Force, Army, NASA, State Department, Drug Enforcement Administration and the Defense Logistics Agency.”
