LMS adds director of acquisitions and strategic initiatives

Liquid Measurement Systems, Inc.’s (LMS) CEO Scott Fewell has announced that Gregory Maguire has joined the company in the newly-created role of director of acquisitions and strategic initiatives.

Maguire brings more than 30 years of private and public sector experience to his new role, most recently as Sr. director of legal and government affairs for Revision Military, an international developer, manufacturer and seller of personal protective equipment.

At LMS, Maguire will direct and oversee special strategic initiatives related to government-funded R&D projects, business expansion, small business innovation initiatives, investment capital, acquisitions, and deal structuring and negotiation.

LMS is one of Vermont’s fastest growing aerospace companies, specializing in the design, development and manufacture of fuel measurement technologies for commercial and military aircraft.
