First Bell 505 delivered to Mexico

Bell announced on April 23 that a 505 helicopter has been delivered to RedWings S.A de C.V. based out of Santiago de Querétaro, marking it as the first 505 aircraft to be delivered to Mexico.

Bell 505 deliveries have included six continents worldwide.

The aircraft will be used to support tourism and executive transportation throughout Mexico.

“The Bell 505 works for us because of its high and hot performance,” said Bernardo Moreno, CEO, Red Wings S.A. de C.V. “We were exclusively looking for max pick up weight with the ability to hover at 10,000 feet.”

The 505 is Bell’s new five-seat helicopter designed for safety, efficiency and reliability through the use of advanced avionics technology.
