Dallas Avionics, Inc., a wholesale distributor of aircraft electronics, test equipment, installation supplies, and avionics, is now partnering with Air Medical Radio Communications Systems Solutions (AMRCSS) to provide customers with comprehensive management and training of radio systems, 24/7 support, and simplified data migration services.

AMCRSS was founded in May 2015 by CEO Seth Pritchett, with a goal of offering advanced communication solutions and support to individual flight crews. As a former flight paramedic, Pritchett is fluent in the current deficits within air medical radio communications.

“We provide comprehensive management of a client’s airborne tactical radio system, with single point accountability, and 24/7 support,” says Pritchett. “We do not just provide radio programming services; we bridge the gap between maintenance and operations, having firsthand experience of what flight crews need to do their job leveraged with the technical expertise to optimize and maximize the usability and functionality of the radio hardware.”

Pritchett has not only become an expert in the programming, utilization and troubleshooting of these aircraft radios, but more importantly has a passion for mitigating system issues that are the root cause of many radio challenges. Since its inception, AMRCSS has performed services on approximately 70 rotary-wing aircraft and trained over 100 flight crew members and mechanics.

Dallas Avionics further improves customer experience and long-term satisfaction by partnering with AMRCSS to make communications between air and land medical crews more seamless and efficient, ensuring that flight crews and patients make it home safely.

“Seth not only understands the complexity of advanced communications, but also understands the needs of many of our customers because he worked in the air ambulance business as a crew member for years,” said vice president of sales Scott Davis. “He knows and understands that proper communications can mean the difference between saving a life or not. Our goal at Dallas Avionics is to always assure our clients’ needs are met. AMRCSS helps assure that the customers we work with and their communication devices are always ready for their next mission.”
