Rolls-Royce handed out the yearly First Network Awards Feb. 26 in Las Vegas, Nevada. Cadorath received the 2018 awards for both Program Investment and for a third consecutive year, Customer Satisfaction from Rolls-Royce.
The First Network includes all ARF, AMC, AMROC and AMOF facilities globally for the Rolls-Royce M250 line of engines.
The Program Investment award is presented for most investment to improve their unique contribution to the M250 program which provide improved customer service.
The Customer Satisfaction award is presented for maintaining the highest customer satisfaction rating among all of the M250 First Network facilities.
“These awards illustrate our commitment to providing the best service in the industry to our customers”, stated Gerry Cadorath, chief executive officer of Cadorath. “I take great pride in knowing our team is being recognized as the industry leaders by Rolls-Royce, Aviall and our customers.”
