Babcock Scandinavian AirAmbulance’s (BSAA) fifth Leonardo AW169 helicopter has landed in Sweden after the delivery flight from the Milan factory.
In short, this helicopter will enter service as an ambulance helicopter in the Västra Götaland region, based on Säve airport in Gothenburg.
The landing took place after about seven hours of flight from the Milan factory, and the helicopter arrived in Sweden less than six months after the contract was signed with the county council.
