Fox’s compliance, qualification and certification solution is its most essential and widely-used component. It properly manages employee training and certifications to assure that highly regulated employees attain and maintain the knowledge, requisite skills and accreditations to perform their functional duties and ongoing compliance with their sector’s governing bodies.

The Fox compliance solution’s great differentiator is its sector specialization, particularly in the areas of civil aviation, defense and finance. Britannica has worked closely with various industry experts to equip Fox with the relevant sector-specific tools and processes. Its full compliance solution is a result of a combination of several of its modular management capabilities in the areas of training, scheduling optimization, qualification and learning management. It consists of functionality such as resource management, training needs analysis, curriculum development and delivery, testing and assessment, reporting, recordkeeping and courses.

“We are extremely proud that the ‘Academy Awards’ of the learning industry has recognized Fox’s breakthrough innovation,” said Miki Ringelhim, VP, business development at Britannica Knowledge Systems. “As a company that prides itself on cutting-edge technology and providing customers with high value solutions, this is a great honor for us. We attribute much of this success to the influence of our customers’ challenging requirements on Fox’s development roadmap.”

“We congratulate our Technology Award winners, and also thank them for leading the way in designing and utilizing technologies that empower organizations to enhance – and in some cases transform – their organizations,” said Rachel Cooke, chief operating officer of Brandon Hall Group and head of the awards program. “Our research shows that human capital management technology is a primary driver of innovation, and our award-winning organizations serve as models of success.”

Now entering its 23rd year, the Brandon Hall Group Excellence Awards Program is the most prestigious awards program in the industry. The awards recognize the organizations that have deployed programs, strategies, modalities, processes, systems and tools that have achieved the highest measurable results.

Britannica will receive its award at the Brandon Hall Excellence Awards Ceremony on Jan. 26, 2017, at the PGA National Resort and Spa in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. Brandon Hall’s Rachel Cooke will host the event with a guest appearance from Alex Goryachev of Cisco’s Innovation Strategy and Programs.
