The company also announced that it has moved to a larger San Diego office as of March 1 to accommodate the increased hiring of sales, marketing and technical personnel.

“Blue Sky Network is entering a dynamic period of growth with the release of our new software features and product lineup, industry partnerships and recent launch of next generation satellites by our long-term strategic partner Iridium Communications,” said Aghili.

“Greg and I are very excited to be part of this new era of global connectivity and security. Due to the unique capabilities of our SkyRouter web portal, we are perfectly positioned to provide commercial and military customers with affordable, real-time monitoring, tracking and operational analytics solutions for their aviation, marine, land and mobile fleets.”

Aghili earned an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management, a PhD in computer science from University of California, Santa Barbara on big data, pattern recognition and analytics as well as a BSE in computer engineering from Bilkent University.  He is also an adjunct professor of entrepreneurship at the UCLA Anderson School of Management.
