Avpro has announced the signing of eight remarketing agreements at Heli-Expo.
Four emergency medical services (EMS) configured EC135 P2/T2+s and one utility A109E Power with International Technology Corporation Group (ITC); ITC-AeroLeasing, Inc.
Additionally, Avpro entered into two exclusive remarketing agreements on a Sikorsky S76C+ and an S92A with two major financial institutions and one Agusta Grand with an undisclosed Middle Eastern Client.
ITC-AeroLeasing, Inc. has historically been active in the aircraft operating lease business and has built a strong reputation with private and corporate owners, operators and airlines. ITC has maintained its dominance in advising operators in acquiring Japanese governmental aircraft where the firm has an approximate 70 percent market share.
ITC’s experience and innovative approach to structuring sale-leaseback transactions provides the operator with a competitive advantage in bidding for these aircraft.

Avpro has closed three rotary transactions since the beginning of 2017.
