Airwolf’s new PMA lead lag bearings, shear bearings and dampers for Bell 407 helicopters are in the final stages of Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) certification and will be available mid-2018. Operators and maintenance facilities have seen a reduction in real choices of supply over the last few years for Bell 407 elastomerics and Airwolf is looking to help fill the gap. Airwolf is working to become a major supplier of elastomerics for Bell 407 as it has with Bell 206, 204, 205, 212, UH-1 and Enstrom TT straps.
