By Vertical Mag | March 28, 2014

Estimated reading time 1 minute, 4 seconds.

At Helicopter Association International’s Heli-Expo 2014 in Anaheim Calif., PAC International, a Metro Aviation company, showed off Harrison Ford’s unique Bell 407GX helicopter. Attendees saw first-hand the aircraft’s unique paint scheme, interiors, and other bells and whistles that the star chose for his personal helicopter.
This aircraft is the third that PAC International has completed for Ford over the years. All of the customizations for this aircraft were completed in just two months – everything from additional assist handles for the crew, to XM radio for the passengers, and custom seating finishes for everyone in the aircraft.
In the above video, Ed Wahl, PAC International’s director of maintenance takes Vertical through the features in Ford’s aircraft.

  1. I wish that I could have met Harrison..I believe we are, or may be related: My grandmother’s maiden name was Alice Ford.
Harrison’s life so closely parallels my own..it’s uncanny.
