Think aircraft monitoring systems are too heavy and expensive for your fleet? Think again. GPMS has re-imagined traditional health and usage monitoring systems (HUMS), making the technology cost-effective for smaller operators.

GPMS makes aircraft monitoring systems user-friendly, lighter, more affordable and predictive.

As well-known industry experts, GPMS engineers have decades of HUMS experience. They redefine HUMS in four critical areas: Make the technology more affordable, lighter weight, user-friendly, and — most importantly — predictive.

ForesightMX, the new system from GPMS, can weigh as low as seven pounds, installed. It costs as little as one-third the price of traditional HUMS. And it doesn’t just monitor the aircraft’s health. Foresight predicts when repairs may be required.

The clean, graphical interface highlights colorful, easy to interpret data. Operators can select a fleet-wide view, organize equipment into categories, or drill down to engineering data. Armed with advanced knowledge, operators can schedule maintenance around planned downtime, with required parts already on hand.

ForesightMX recently earned top marks in unprecedented blind gearbox tests at some of the largest helicopter manufacturers in the world. Systems developed by the engineers at GPMS have logged over 18 million successful operating hours on wind turbines.

ForesightMX is certified on the Bell 206, with next certifications expected on the Bell 407 and other models in accordance with customer demand. This next-generation HUMS offers both heavy and lighter aircraft operators the opportunity to optimize operations and realize significant return on investment.
