EASA responds to AIBN report on H225 crash

On Oct. 1, 2017, the ASAP Avionics Services Ltd. Robinson R44 Astro helicopter departed from the Campbell River Airport, British Columbia, during daylight hours, with two pilots on board. The purpose of the flight was to allow the pilot in the right-hand seat to demonstrate his ability to conduct slow flight maneuvers for potential future employment. Willy Dahmen Photo
