Job Description

Quality Assurance Inspectors conduct inspections during the production process using pre-determined methods during the manufacture and/or repair of helicopters to ensure products meet prescribed quality standards.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS COMPETENCIES:
bull; Perform quality assessment of in-process parts, assemblies installations using drawings, inspection planning specifications.
bull; Ability to measure product dimensions using micrometers, calipers, height gages, scales, and other precision measuring devices.
bull; Thoroughness and attention to detail along with the ability to work with limited supervision.
bull; Basic mathematic skills to include but are not limited to: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, algebra and geometry for performing inspection setups and dimensional layout.
bull; Good communication skills, verbal and written, to provide descriptive reports of non-conformances.
bull; Full compliance with the companyrsquo;s DOT Antidrug and Alcohol Misuse Prevention Program.
bull; Regular and predictable attendance.
