Previous aviation maintenance experience, knowledge, and familiarity with product typesExposure to production processes and supply chain management3-5 years of relevant experience planning & executing projectsProven track record of project team leadership with production improvement resultsAbility to multi-task and manage a heavy workloadResults orientatedStrong communication skills and proven problem solving/analytical skillsGood understanding of financial implications of asset managementAble to use multiple databases to review/create work packages and prepare schedules and reportsTeam player with ability to work unsupervisedComputer skills in maintenance software systems and Microsoft OfficeAbility to support AOG /PAOG Requirements Desirable:Aircraft Maintenance Engineering LicenseSpecific experience related to aircraft maintenance and shop environment. Working Conditions:Works in a typical office setting, with light physical demands and minimal exposure to hazards - office and team is located within the workshopsSome exposure to noise, fumes, gas, chemicals, dust or dirtOccasionally exposed to temperature fluctuations or humidity Please apply ONLINE at www.chcheli.com to be considered for this position.
