We also maintain relationships with over 55 manufacturers, vendors, and suppliers.As a Parts Sales Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for selling and brokering parts via phone and email, and will help pursue new clients by phone and in person. You will also work closely with the parts sales team to support orders from internal departments and walk-in customer sales as required.Ideal candidates are engaging, energetic, and driven; are able to work independently within his/her areas of responsibilities under limited supervision; value a strong work ethic and optimistic attitude; maintain a critical eye for detail and organization; are excited to represent Hillsboro Aviation in front of key customers, including foreign governments, community leaders, and business partners.Job ResponsibilitiesSuccessfully locate parts and components to fulfill customer requirementsContact sources to obtain price, condition and availability of itemsProcess daily Request for Quotes, Sales Orders and Purchase OrdersEnter quotes and update information into Quantum ERP systemCreate, manage and maintain new customer accounts as needed
