<ul><li style="line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Execute all duties related to Base Technicians, including all scheduled maintenance, hourly time reporting, days off, vacation, and other administrative issues.</span></li><li style="line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Communicate and coordinate with the Base Technicians, Regional Maintenance Manager, and the applicable Regional Operations Manager.</span></li><li style="line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Schedule maintenance of all base aircraft, considering such factors as workflow, the location of equipment, facilities, tools, parts, supplies, manpower and job requirements. </span></li><li style="line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Provide relief schedules for all assigned Base Technicians, taking into consideration workflow, and staffing.</span></li><li style="line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Communicate and coordinate with the customer in reference to scheduled, unscheduled maintenance, and other information as necessary to maintain a high level of customer service.</span></li><li style="line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Coordinate technical and logistical support for all assigned field based maintenance activities. To include participation in the after-hours support team.</span></li><li style="line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Serving as the&nbsp;liaison between OEM's and Base Maintenance Technicians on technical matters.</span></li><li style="line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Assist in the coordination of schedules for specialized labor and roving relief maintenance technicians.</span></li><li style="line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Assist the Regional Maintenance Manager with the schedule outline and act as the&nbsp;regional representative in the absence of the Regional Maintenance Manager.</span></li><li style="line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Promote the professional development of Base Maintenance Technicians to ensure each is properly trained and equipped to perform assigned tasks.</span></li><li style="line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Establish and maintain base equipment and inventory lists for each model aircraft.</span></li><li style="line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Interface with other Lead Technicians to obtain technical assistance and parts when an AOG situation occurs and normal parts acquisition is unavailable.</span></li><li style="line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;
