Qualifications & Experience:Preferably 3 to 5 years of experience working at a divisional level, troubleshooting and resolving issues with desktop PCs and supporting a large complex user baseStrong organizational, analytical and problem solving skillsGood communication skills both written and interpersonalStrong focus on high client satisfactionCollege Diploma or equivalent requiredMCSE or similar IT professional qualification is considered an assetVery strong knowledge of PC operating systems, specifically Windows 10 and relevant applications – MS Office, MS Visio, Adobe Acrobat, etc.An understanding of data communications with respect to local area networksA working knowledge of TCP/IP, Active Directory, DNS and DHCPWorking both independently and in a team-oriented environment is essentialHighly self motivated and directedMust be resourceful and have an excellent customer-focused attitudeMust be able to learn, understand, and apply new technologiesAbility to effectively prioritize, schedule and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment Working Conditions:Some international travel as required.Supporting CHC Base Offices in Delta and Richmond, B.C.Work coverage will include CHC global business operations.Part of the On-call rotation schedule.Overtime may be required.
