Green Mountain Flight Academy, is currently seeking two candidates to participate in its Employee Development Program. One selected candidate will complete an intensive, accelerated helicopter flight training program, the second candidate will complete an equivalent airplane flight training program where they will train from zero time up through CFII through our Part 141 certified training programs. Upon meeting completion standards, candidates will be integrated into Green Mountain Flight Academy work force. Interested parties should expect an extensive interview process and are expected to be self-motivated to complete the rigorous nine to twelve month training and educational workload. Applicants are expected to demonstrate ability to fully fund training prior to acceptance. With only two openings, we expect a very competitive process. All candidates should review the training requirements and be willing to fully dedicate themselves and conduct themselves professionally every day. Green Mountain Flight Academy is a Part 141 certified flight school and an approved VA flight school for both GI Bill benefits and VA Vocational Rehabilitation Program benefits. GMFA has extensive partnerships with local aviation companies and an extensive footprint in the aviation industry while leading the region in tourism, media, Part 135, Part 137, and contract aviation operations. Our Employee Development Program will allow Green Mountain Flight Academy to focus on your progression while working with you from the start of flight training, through completion and final placement in our growing and diverse workforce.
