Job Description:

Mission for Customer Service Specialist Establish timely, accurate and responsive MRO customer communications specifically to MRO requirements, including establishing detailed work scope, preparing quotes, meeting customer expectations that are cost effective for the customer and profitable for Uniflight Global. Continually improve our quote process to increase accuracy, reduce the effort required to produce a quote and manage customer expectations. Outcomes: Frequent and timely customer communications developing work scope, making certain the quote is understood and meets the customer's expectations.Walking through each quote appropriately to validate costs, hours, expected return to service and compliance with the approval authority schedule.Clear and accurate quotes, including over and above items.Active contributor to the Daily Huddle, include end of day updates of the associated schedule.
