Job DescriptionOBJECTIVETo maintain and repair aircraft in the safest, most cost effective and customer service orientated manner, adhering to all appropriate regulatory bodies and US Aviation Maintenance Manual and manufacturing specifications.RESPONSIBILITIESEssential Functions: - Service and maintain aircraft on a daily basis (Daily Service Checks, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.)- Ensure all known discrepancies affecting airworthiness are corrected and the corrective action entered in the A/C logbook, or on a work order, if the work was performed by a repair station.- Document all discrepancies, maintenance performed, incomplete maintenance and all after-maintenance requirements.- Monitor A/C Status Reports as required - Ensure that all parts installed are airworthy and meet the requirements of the Type Certificate- Prior to performing a maintenance task or tasks, ensure that all special tools required to perform these tasks have a valid calibration sticker, if so required- Maintain a safe and clean work environment - Adhere to all Company Policies and Procedures - Ensure the utilization of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as gloves, safety glasses, etc. when appropriate.- Other duties as needed to preform the job in a safe and efficient manner.
