Requirements:

Experience & Education- Completion of high school or equivalent and U.S. military technical school or specialized training course is desired, certification of education level is required.- Valid up-to-date A&P license; and minimum (3) three years rotary wing aircraft experience, (2) two years on the assigned MDS is required. All experience must be within the (5) five most recent years.- MDS experience may be waived if you are undergoing, or have completed, the Contractor’s Government approved On-the-Job Training (OJT) program. - When assigned to operate Flexible Engine Diagnostic System (FEDS). Shall have Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Powerplant License. If no FAA Powerplant License, then shall have minimum five years documented as a Flexible Engine Diagnostic System (FEDS) operator.- When designated shall obtain DoD EPA Refrigerant Processing Certificate Section 608 Technician Certification (Universal) or Minimum Type II.- When assigned to Engine Specialized Repair Activity, must hold a valid (current) FAA Powerplant license.
