Entrol has announced the launch of its new vibration system, designed to improve pilot training and increase the realism of the simulation.
The system consists of four electromagnetic actuators located below the cockpit. These actuators generate vibrations, which are transmitted throughout the cockpit and vary according to different flight conditions.
Pilots will feel turbulence, overspeed and contact with the ground, among other situations. This will allow them to react and make the appropriate procedure on time.
This additional option extends the possibilities of the simulator, which together with the 200-degree x 70-degree spherical visual and mission scenarios, enables schools and operators to perform an advanced training in operations such as helicopter emergency medical services, search-and-rescue, or firefighting.
