Classic Lifeguard announced the opening of its newest base of operations located in Moab, Utah. The new base will serve the region with premium air ambulance services and leading industry practices and technology. Classic Lifeguard has made the decision to relocate one of their medically configured Bell 407’s to Moab in order to more effectively impact and serve the community and greater Utah.
“We are proud of the expanding role we continue to be asked to play across our state and region,” explained Tony Henderson, chief executive officer, Classic Lifeguard. “We have worked extremely hard to provide the highest level of professionalism, care and compassion to those we serve across Utah. We are genuinely excited for what this means to the community and to Classic Lifeguard.”
After a thorough review of its air medical operations, the company made the decision to relocate its assets and focus resources and attention on opportunities and need in and around Moab. The benefits to the community, as well as Classic Lifeguard, were extremely compelling. The crews and employees who will service the new base are looking forward a successful program for the Moab community.
Classic Lifeguard, a leader in the air medical industry, continues to be at the forefront of the industry with its leading technology and safety protocols. Additionally, the company is committed to serving as a real resource for the local community – through its services, as well as education and community outreach.
“We continue to invest in our operations and the community and this move reinforces our commitment to operating in the safest possible environment with the greatest need for the community,” said Henderson. “We look forward to being an even more important part of the solution for our community. We are grateful for the opportunities this move will have not only on our company, but the entire area.”
