Vertical Aviation has sold the parts, tooling and equipment for its maintenance department to Phoenix Heli Support. Vertical Aviation will no longer carry out maintenance work. Phoenix Heli Support will be doing maintenance and working out of the same location and hangar. All other phases of the Vertical operations will continue with no changes.
Vertical Aviation will continue to provide charter, contract and utility work, as well as aerial photography, tours, sales, acquisitions and management operations. Vertical Aviation is FAA-approved Air Carrier under FAA certificates 133-135-136 and 137.
