The U.S. Army has granted a $203.5-million contract to Sikorsky Aircraft for 18 green UH-60M Black Hawks for the Mexican Air Force under the foreign military sales (FMS) program. Estimated completion date is May 30, 2016. Work will be performed in Stratford, Conn. Army Contracting Command at Redstone Arsenal, Ala., is the contracting activity.
