RSG receives FAA STC approval for new AS365 N3e

Rotorcraft Services Group, Inc. (RSG), an industry leader in aircraft services and product development, has announced the successful development and FAA STC certification of its high performance air conditioning system for the Airbus AS365 N3e helicopter. The 38,000 BTU high capacity vapor cycle air-conditioning system is FAA STC/PMA approved for the Airbus Helicopters models SA365 N, SA365 N1, AS365 N2 and AS365 N3.
“RSG engineers and product specialists relied on precision computer aided modeling of the aircraft structure and combined heat-load and airflows to adapt the system design and performance specifications to the installation requirements of this newest variant of the acclaimed Dauphin family” said Fida Waishek, president of RSG AeroDesign. “The system’s upgraded design and qualified components offer increased reliability and exceptional performance in severe climatic conditions to satisfy both civil and military operational requirements.”
RSG is an approved supplier for leading Aerospace OEMs worldwide including Agusta Aerospace Corporation, Airbus Helicopters Inc., Enstrom Helicopter Corporation, Hafei Aviation Industry Co., Helicopter Support Inc., L-3 Communications Ocean Systems, L-3 Communications Wescam, MD Helicopters, Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation and Sikorsky Global Helicopters.
