After a successful year as the American Society of Appraiser’s (ASA) international secretary/treasurer, Sharon Desfor, president of HeliValue$, Inc., now takes on the position of international vice president.
“We are very excited to have Sharon’s sharp insight, vast experience and selfless and continuous contribution to the appraisal community,” said David Crick, ASA MTS Governor and Lloyds Asset Services partner. “If only a portion of Sharon’s passion and capacity is expressed in her new role — the industry and appraiser members are in for a very influential year.”
Desfor will continue to promote transparency and communication within the organization, and is actively looking for suggestions on how to effectively reach more members. She intends to focus on using the International Appraisers’ Conference as one of the primary vehicles for this goal in 2017.
