GrandView Aviation, an executive helicopter operator based in Baltimore, Md., has announced the hiring of Yuval Hadaya as director of operations. In his new role, Hadaya will be responsible for operational planning and strategy, leading a team of pilots and other responsibilities.
“We’re excited to have such a knowledgeable pilot coming on board,” said Dan Naor, COO of GrandView Aviation. “Yuval is an experienced pilot and instructor, and we are confident he will help us continue to grow while maintaining a strong safety culture and commitment to best practices in the industry.”
Hadaya previously worked for Heliflite and Associated Aircraft Group in New York City as VIP helicopter captain as well as working for American Eagle airlines and flying as a fighter pilot in the air force. He has a strong background in commercial airline flying and business aviation, flying Bell 430 and Sikorsky S-76 helicopters and fixed-wing aircrafts, and has logged more than 14,000 hours of flight time. Hadaya was also appointed by the Federal Aviation Administration as a Check Airmen for Heliflite.
