Dallas Avionics offers ADS-B solution

Dallas Avionics, in advance of the upcoming ADS-B 2020 deadline, has announced exclusive distributorship of the NavWorx ADS600-B that meets all Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) requirements.
“The NavWorx solution for ADS-B requirements not only meets every FAA requirement, but it also is very affordable,” said Dallas Avionics vice president of sales, Scott Davis. “The ADS600-B is only $1,999 and is ready for operators to begin equipping their fleets of aircraft.”
The ADS600-B is compliant to FAR 91.225 and FAR 91.227. It meets the Technical Standard Order/supplemental type certificate ADS-B out mandate, and is a certified receiver for ADS-B In applications.
It has an optional Wi-Fi adapter, offers three simultaneous display capabilities and provides traffic and weather updates. The NavWorx ADS600-B product is available for both certified and experimental aircraft.
“The beauty of the NavWorx ADS600-B is that is easily integrates with existing equipment also,” said Davis. “The product uses any existing Mode C or Mode S transponders. Customers do not need to replace their existing transponder or altitude encoder.”
Dallas Avionics will be at the Aircraft Electronics Association (AEA) annual convention in Orlando, Florida, in booth 317 April 28-29. NavWorx President Bill Moffitt will be at the booth in addition to numerous members of the Dallas Avionics sales team. Moffitt is an accomplished pilot and served in the United States Air Force as an avionics technician.
