DART Aerospace’s R66 Cargo Mirror and Bearpaws receive FAA and Transport Canada STC approvals

DART Aerospace Press Release | April 22, 2014

Estimated reading time 1 minute, 30 seconds.

DART Aerospace is pleased to announce that it has received Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and Transport Canada Supplemental Type Certificates (STC) for its R66 Cargo Mirror and R66 Bearpaws; EASA approval should follow shortly.
The DART Cargo Mirror mounts easily to the Fwd end of the right hand skidtube to provide better viewing of the cargo hook for pickup and release.
DART Aerospace Bearpaws are constructed of a high density polymer, not plywood, aluminum or composite. This polymer resists cracking, chipping and breaking. The one-piece machined construction ensures consistent and deliberate load transfer.
DART is pleased to offer these new certifications to its R66 operators in an effort to help them address pilot and aircraft safety.
