The Bear Creek Group of Terrace, B.C. is pleased to announce the completion of a purchase of Pacific Western Helicopters (PWH) headquartered in Prince George, B.C. The deal includes the name, Operating Certificate, Aircraft Maintenance Operation, several helicopters and various other assets. PWH will maintain its operational base in Dease Lake, B.C. and a maintenance facility at the Prince George Airport. Bear Creek-owned Lakelse Air – a helicopter company based in Terrace, B.C., will continue to operate in coordination with PWH for the foreseeable future.
