Aero Dynamix, Inc., the leading supplier of helicopter and fixed wing illuminated panels and NVG cockpit solutions, announced the appointment of
Tonka Hufford as chief operating officer. Hufford will be responsible for ADI’s overall operating strategy and execution. He will lead the company’s Program Management, Products, Customer Support, Sales, Engineering, Operations, and QA teams. Hufford will report to Aero Dynamix president and CEO, Daniel C. Hewitt, P.E.

With a proven track record for successfully leading large scale programs and driving growth, Tonka’s leadership skills and strong commitment to Customer Service are well suited to lead ADI’s efforts as we continue in our mission to provide the finest products and support in the industry,” said Dan Hewitt, president and CEO of Aero Dynamix.
Hufford brings 20 plus years of experience in helicopter and fixed wing MRO operations to Aero Dynamix. Hufford served as U.S. Marine Crew Chief at the beginning of his career. Subsequent experience at commercial helicopter MRO operations led to his position as senior vice president of operations. His knowledge of aircraft operations coupled with his completions experience uniquely qualifies him to lead Aero Dynamix.
